Ultimatrix Master Control

I wonder what the Ultimatrix's master control does. I personally hope it does the same thing as the Omnitrix's master control, but I have my doubts.

if I had the omnitrix or the ultimatrix I would spend most of my time trying to figure out how to unlock the master control
